Health is the greatest wealth!
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not just the absence of illness and infirmity. Being healthy has different meanings for different people. For lay people, that usually means not being ill, while health workers by health mean the absence of medically defined diseases and disabilities. Many of the definitions of health have, in addition to the medical, philosophical, psychological, social and economic dimensions.
Attempts to define health and disease begin with the emergence of the human race and can be traced back to the time of Galen. Defining the terms "health" and "disease" is a very complex task, because it is difficult to set a boundary where health ends and where disease begins. Explaining the transition from health to disease, Hippocrates says: "Illness does not come all at once, as from a clear sky, but is the result of a long series of small, insignificant errors against health, which build on each other and grow like a rolling snowball, until one day they fall on the head of the one who sins.”
Realizing how important health is, the moment we neglect it or disturb it in some way, we do everything to return to balance. The road is sometimes difficult and thorny, but if we regain awareness of how important the connection between mental and physical health is, we are already halfway to recovery.
It is up to us to make decisions, which direction we choose, we do not have a magic wand, but we certainly have a solution.
